Where I was to create and analyze a ninja of my own creation. and I used Roy..

Ninjutsu: 90 A -Breakdown: Mastery- 85 Effectiveness- 95

~Roy is very strategic thus he uses his Ninjutsu to disable his opponent's free movements, or to enhance his own, although his mastery over ninjutsu isnt outstanding, He uses it very effectively, He mostly uses his ninjutsu in combination with his Taijutsu and/or his weapons

~Taijutsu is Roy's specialty, He isnt all that strong yet he takes pride in his speed and agility. He believes that strengh is nothing if you can't land a hit on the opponent. He uses his speed with conjuction with his Ninjutsu to have high accuracy and effectiveness in his attacks. Roy is very careful, preferring to plan out an attack in such a way that there is little to no chance of him being countered.

~ Roy is horrible at genjutsu, He only uses elementary genjutsus that even academy students know, he mostly uses to Genjutsus, -Genjutsu Kai and Genjutsu Hakai.
Genjutsu Kai is used to dispell Genjutsus from Ranks E-C
while Genjutsu Hakai is used to Dispell genjutsus from Ranks E-A. Roy knows that since he himself isnt very good at genjutsu he is vulnerable to it, thus he covered his weakness by learning genjutsu dispelling techniques.

Fighting style:

Roy is a strategist, preferring to calculate his battles, he plans out for any situation that may occur, situations that may cost him his life if not prepared for it.
Roy mostly uses his Lightning chakra to immobilize his opponent by paralyzing them. He usually uses a means of transferring the paralyzing blow from afar, that's why he carries a special weapon........a Yo-yo. The yo-yo, given the name Raikou(lighning), is infused with Roy's lightning chakra and will stun an enemy that is hit by it.
After Roy immobilizes the enemy and sees little possibility for a counter, he usually uses his Taijutsu to finish of the opponent. His favorite Taijutsu style is Chisokuken:
This Taijutsu style was originally developed by a Taijutsu Sensei of Kumogakure. Using lightning as a natural element, he was inspired on lightning's speed to create this speed based Taijutsu style. With the use of Chisokuken, he is able to approach the opponent swiftly and administer the finishing blow.

Strenghs/Weaknesses:
-Roy is very intelligent, probably a genius or something very close to it. He does not rush into things and calmly and quickly analyzes a situation. He also does not like to take chances with an opponent, he will approach a crippled and weak opponent with the same caution that he would have done at the beginning of the fight.
Roy's weaknesses come from his kindness. He is very loyal, especially to people who he considers as close friends. He is also very trusting at times, leaving him vulnerable to someone who decides to double-cross him. Also his cautiousness may cause him to expend extra energy, leaving him weaker than necessary.

Noted Abilities:
-Roy's most noted ability and signature trait is his Kekkei Genkai....The Tsuyoime(litterally mighty eyes)
His eyes look like Konoha's Sharingan but in a glowing blue color. With his eyes Roy is capable to see the opponent's nervous system and sense electrical-magnetic signals coming from all living things(that have a nervous system)
-Roy's speed is also very noticible, He is very hard to catch...he is sometimes compared to Konoha's yellow flash(Yondaime Hokage)

What else?:
Roy loves nature thus he spends lots of his free time either admiring nature.

Comments:

- Roy's last name "Shiryoku(eyesight)" and his Kekkei Genkai ability "Tsuyoime(Mighty eyes)" is kind of Ironic for my character to have. I have Glaucoma a very bad eye condition/disease that limits and blurrs vision. Thus I gave my character something I wish I really had.
- Roy's Rank of ANBU was given due to the fact that ANBUs are suppose to be very loyal to their Kage and village, and I am one of the most loyal and trustworthy people that exist probably. Also Roy is very trusting especially with people close to him, I am also like that, I consider friends to be family even after a few days of meeting them
-Roy's intelligence is something that I am proud of, I consider myself a mini-genius. All my friends and family keep saying how I'm the smartest person they've met, this kinda increases my Ego, Roy is probably smarter than I am, and that is scary .
-Roy's speed and agility also relates to me, I have pride in my own speed and agility, but I am not really strong. My thoughts is, if you can't catch me or land a hit, then I have already won.
